LWACHILLES LTD provides AI API gateway services that allow users to access various artificial intelligence models through a unified, OpenAI-compatible API interface. Our services include:
- API access to multiple AI models
- Account management and API key generation
- Usage tracking and billing
- Technical support
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use our services to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
- Distribute malware, spam, or engage in phishing
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Resell or redistribute access without authorization
- Overload or interfere with the proper functioning of our services
- Generate content involving child exploitation or non-consensual intimate imagery
5. API Usage and Rate Limits
- API usage is subject to rate limits and quotas based on your subscription plan
- We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access if usage patterns indicate abuse
- Unused quota does not roll over between billing periods unless explicitly stated
- Concurrent request limits apply as specified in your plan
6. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are as displayed on our platform at the time of purchase
- All payments are processed in the currency specified at checkout
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 14 days advance notice
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers, network issues, or force majeure events.
8. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of input you provide to the API
- You own the output generated through your use of the API, subject to upstream model providers' terms
- Our platform, branding, and proprietary technology remain our exclusive property
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
9. Data and Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that:
- We do not store the content of your API requests or responses
- Usage metadata is collected for billing and operational purposes
- We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI-generated outputs
11. Termination
- You may close your account at any time by contacting support
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked immediately
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
