- You request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase and have used less than 20% of your allocated quota
- The service does not perform as described on our website
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date
- More than 20% of the allocated quota has been consumed
- Account suspension due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Service interruptions caused by third-party providers or force majeure
- Change of mind after significant usage of the service
4. How to Request a Refund

Step 2: Include your registered email address, payment receipt, and reason for the refund.
Step 3: Our team will review your request within 3 business days.
Step 4: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
5. Refund Amount
- Full refund: If requested within 7 days with less than 20% usage
- Pro-rata refund: For service outages exceeding 24 hours, calculated based on downtime duration
- No refund: For situations listed in Section 3
6. Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- Credit/Debit card: 5-10 business days
- Cryptocurrency: 1-3 business days
- Other payment methods: up to 14 business days
